A marketplace where buyers in Egypt order items from stores abroad and travelers buy them in the store and bring them home. Pickshunter holds the payment, runs the handover and handles problems. We are not the seller or the courier.

Travelers may bring goods for personal use and must declare goods and pay duty where the law requires. Pickshunter does not allow prohibited items and does not help anyone avoid customs. Read the Prohibited & Restricted Items and Customs pages. We are not a law firm and cannot give legal advice.

English and Egyptian Arabic. Buyers see prices in Egyptian pounds (EGP).

You pay Pickshunter by card or wallet. The money is held and the traveler is not paid until you receive the item and the review window ends.

A 6-digit code in your order. Share it with the traveler only after you have the item in your hands and are happy with it. Never share it earlier, by message or with anyone else.

Do not share the code. Open a dispute with photos. The payment is frozen and you are refunded if the problem is confirmed. See Refunds & Buyer Protection.

You receive an automatic full refund of the item price, unless you ordered a prohibited or restricted item.

You are refunded in full. If the delivery date passes plus the 14-day grace period you can cancel for a refund.

Usually no, because items are bought abroad by a private traveler. Check size, colour and details before you order. If the traveler agrees to take it back, we can help.

The price includes tax paid in the store abroad, not automatically Egyptian import charges. Your order says who pays any customs charge. See Customs, Shipping & Delivery.

We approve quickly, but card refunds can take 5-14 working days to show on your statement.

You set your profit on each item. The calculator shows shelf price, discounts, tax, weight cost, your profit and fees. You are paid after the handover and review window.

After handover and a 48-hour review window (72 hours with courier), unless there is a dispute.

Yes. Travelers must pass identity and trip verification before publishing items.

No. You are an independent traveler responsible for your trip, taxes, customs declarations and compliance. See the Traveler Agreement.

You must tell us at once. Unless the buyer caused the problem, you bear the loss of the goods you carried and the buyer is refunded. Declare goods whenever the law requires.

No. Never carry packages, medicine, documents or cash for anyone outside the order flow.

No. It is a helper that estimates your free weight. You are responsible for real weight and airline rules.

Escrow payments, handover code, price calculator, luggage capacity check, pause orders and verification are built. Smart camera, receipt reading and trending insights are shown in the app preview and are rolling out; they may change.

Held by Pickshunter through our payment partners. It is not paid to the traveler until the order is completed.

Card data goes to Stripe, we do not store full card numbers. Traveler payout account numbers are encrypted.

Do not. Protections apply only to orders paid in Pickshunter. Report it to us.
