Traveler Agreement
This agreement applies to everyone who publishes items or accepts orders as a traveler ("live shopper") on Pickshunter. It forms part of the Terms of Use.
1. Independent traveler
You act for yourself as an independent person. You are not an employee, partner, agent or courier of TradeHub LLC. You decide where and when you travel and what you buy. You are responsible for your own taxes, permits, insurance and compliance with the laws of every country you travel through. Pickshunter does not provide travel, baggage, legal or tax advice.
2. Eligibility and verification
- You must be 18 or older and pass identity and trip verification (KYC) with true and current documents.
- We may ask for more proof at any time (for example ticket, receipts, selfie with the item), and may limit or suspend you while we check.
3. What you promise
- Buy only genuine, new, lawful items from real stores, with your own money, for the buyer's order. Keep every receipt and upload it when asked.
- Describe items honestly: store, price, discounts, size, colour, condition. Do not mislead about prices or availability.
- Never carry or ship items on the Prohibited & Restricted Items list, and never carry anything for someone that you cannot check yourself. Do not carry packages, documents, medicine or cash for anyone outside the order flow.
- Follow airline baggage, security and dangerous goods rules. The luggage meter in the app is a helper only. You are responsible for the real weight and any extra baggage fees.
- Declare goods to customs in Egypt and any other country whenever the law requires, and pay duties and taxes that are your responsibility. Do not hide items, split orders to avoid duties, or ask buyers to take part in doing so. See Customs, Shipping & Delivery.
- Hand over items in person (or by approved courier) and ask for the handover code only after the buyer has checked the item. Never ask for the code early or by message.
- Stay on Pickshunter: do not take payment, give discounts, or move the deal outside the app.
- Meet buyers in safe public places. Your personal safety is your responsibility.
4. Pricing, profit and payouts
- You set your profit within the limits in the app. The price calculator shows shelf price, discounts, tax, weight cost, your profit and Pickshunter fees. The buyer pays the all-in price.
- Payment is released to you after handover and the review window (48 hours; 72 hours with courier), unless a dispute is open. Payouts go to the verified payout account in your name, to the extent supported in your country, and may be delayed or withheld for security, legal or compliance checks.
- You are responsible for taxes on your earnings and for any currency or transfer charges.
- If a refund is owed to a buyer because of your failure (item not delivered, wrong item, counterfeit, customs problem caused by you), the refund can be taken from your pending and future payouts, and you must repay any shortfall.
5. Orders you cannot complete
If you cannot find or buy an item, cancel the order in the app straight away so the buyer is refunded. Pause or stop accepting orders when you are not shopping. Repeated cancellations, late deliveries or missing receipts can lower your rating and lead to suspension.
6. Customs seizure, loss and damage
If goods are held, taxed or seized at customs, or lost, stolen or damaged in your care, you must tell us at once. Unless the problem was caused by the buyer, you bear the loss of the goods you carried; the buyer is refunded under the Refunds & Buyer Protection policy. Pickshunter does not insure goods or luggage.
7. Photos and content
Only upload photos you took yourself. Do not show faces or private information of other people in the store. You give TradeHub LLC the licence described in the Terms to use your photos and listings in Pickshunter.
8. Suspension and penalties
For breach, fraud or safety concerns we may remove items, cancel orders, withhold payouts connected to the breach, suspend or close your account, and report the matter to the authorities.
9. Indemnity
You are responsible for, and agree to compensate TradeHub LLC for, customs penalties, fines, claims and costs that come from what you carry or from your breach of this agreement or the law.
