Privacy Policy
TradeHub LLC ("Pickshunter", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what choices you have. By using Pickshunter you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Sign-in information. When you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive or store your Google or Facebook password.
- Profile and preferences. Who you shop for (men, women, kids), brands and categories you like, your city and language.
- Orders and messages. Items you request or buy, delivery and contact details, chat messages, reviews, disputes, handover events.
- Travelers. Identity and trip verification documents, trip dates and stores, receipts and photos you upload, luggage and pricing inputs, and payout account details. Payout account numbers are encrypted and only the last 4 digits are shown back to you.
- Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We keep a record of amounts, status, fees, refunds and wallet balance.
- Location. If you allow it, a traveler's device location is used to suggest the store they are in. You can turn this off in your device settings; some features then work less well.
- Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, language, pages and actions, crash and security logs.
2. Why we use it (purposes)
- To create and run your account and show relevant items and travelers.
- To process orders, hold payments, pay travelers, handle refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
- To verify travelers, prevent fraud, abuse and money laundering, and keep the marketplace safe.
- To send service messages about your orders and account, and, where you agreed, news and offers (you can opt out at any time).
- To improve the service, fix errors and measure what works.
- To comply with the law and answer lawful requests from authorities.
3. Legal bases
Depending on where you live, we process data because it is needed to provide the service you asked for (contract), because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the service, because the law requires it, or because you gave consent (for example for marketing or location). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
- The other party to an order. A buyer and traveler see what is needed to complete the order (for example first name, city, item, handover details). A traveler's exact travel dates and a buyer's full address are not shown publicly.
- Service providers that work for us under contract: payment processors (Stripe), hosting and storage providers, email and messaging providers, identity-verification and security tools, analytics.
- Authorities and professional advisers where the law requires or to protect rights, safety and property, including to investigate fraud or customs-related issues.
- A successor if the business is sold or reorganised.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Pickshunter is operated from the USA and uses providers in several countries. Your data may be processed outside Egypt and outside your country. Where required we use contracts and safeguards intended to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for orders, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal obligations (generally up to 7 years for transaction and payment records). Verification documents are kept only as long as needed for verification and legal compliance. We then delete or anonymise data.
7. Your rights
Subject to local law (including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law no. 151 of 2020 and, where it applies, the GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to some processing, and withdraw consent. Write to pickandshipco@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep data we must keep by law or for dispute and fraud purposes. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive payout details, access controls, backups and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; keep your login safe and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. If a breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Children
Pickshunter is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians may shop for children but must hold the account.

Google and Facebook sign-in is governed by their own privacy policies. Links to other sites are not under our control.
12. Changes and contact
