Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026 · Operator: TradeHub LLC · Contact: pickandshipco@gmail.com

Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, placing an order, publishing an item or otherwise using Pickshunter you agree to them and to the other policies linked in the footer: Privacy Policy, Refunds & Buyer Protection, Traveler Agreement, Prohibited & Restricted Items, Customs, Shipping & Delivery, Acceptable Use Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pickshunter.

1. Who we are and what Pickshunter is

Pickshunter is an online marketplace operated by TradeHub LLC ("Pickshunter", "we", "us"). It connects buyers (mainly in Egypt) with independent travelers ("live shoppers") who buy items in stores abroad and bring them back on their own trips. Pickshunter provides the technology, the payment holding service and dispute handling.

We are not the seller of the items, we are not a store, a courier, a freight forwarder or a customs broker. The purchase in the foreign store is made by the traveler. Travelers are independent users. They are not our employees, agents, partners or representatives, and we do not control their trips, schedules or luggage.

The service is in early access. Features, fees, supported stores, cities and payment methods can change, be limited or be withdrawn at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. How an order works

  1. Order. The buyer orders an item that a traveler has published (or makes a request/offer). Prices shown are the final all-in price for the buyer in Egyptian pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and include the item price, taxes paid in the store, weight/shipping share, the traveler's profit and our fees.
  2. Payment held. The buyer pays Pickshunter. The money is held by Pickshunter (through our payment partners) and is not released to the traveler until the order is completed under these terms.
  3. Purchase. The traveler buys the item in the store with their own money. The traveler should keep the receipt.
  4. Delivery and handover. The traveler brings the item to Egypt and hands it to the buyer in person, or ships it by courier where the app offers that option. The buyer checks the item first and only then shares the 6-digit handover code.
  5. Release. After handover the buyer has a review window (48 hours for in-person handover; 72 hours where a courier is used). If no dispute is opened in that window, the payment is released to the traveler. Opening a dispute freezes the release.

An order is accepted only when the traveler confirms it and the payment is held. We may cancel any order that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, mispriced by obvious error, or in breach of these terms, and we will refund the buyer in full in that case.

4. Prices, fees and currency

5. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe and other payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. By paying you also accept your payment partner's terms. Wallet balance in Pickshunter is a prepaid balance used only for orders on Pickshunter; it is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and can be withdrawn only as described in the app. You are responsible for any chargeback fees caused by your abuse of the chargeback process. We may delay, hold or reverse payments where required by law, by our payment partners, or to prevent fraud or money laundering.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Cancellations, refunds, missing or wrong items, damaged items, items held by customs and disputes are governed by the Refunds & Buyer Protection policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if the item is not delivered, is held or seized by customs, or is not as ordered, the buyer is refunded under that policy; if the buyer receives the correct item and accepts it, the traveler is paid.

7. Responsibilities of travelers

Travelers must follow the Traveler Agreement, including: buying only genuine, lawful items; keeping receipts; being honest about prices, sizes, colours and condition; declaring goods to customs when required; respecting airline baggage rules; and never carrying items prohibited by law or by the Prohibited & Restricted Items list. A traveler is solely responsible for what they carry across borders and for the legal and tax consequences of their own trips and earnings.

8. Responsibilities of buyers

9. Authenticity, condition and product information

Items are bought by travelers from third-party stores. Photos and details are provided by travelers and stores. Brand names and logos belong to their owners; their appearance on Pickshunter does not mean the brand endorses or is affiliated with Pickshunter. We do not inspect, test or guarantee any item and we make no warranty of authenticity, quality, fitness for purpose or legal compliance. Manufacturer warranties, if any, may not be valid in Egypt or may require the original store receipt. Nothing in this section removes rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Staying on the platform

Protections described here (payment holding, handover code, disputes, refunds) apply only to orders made and paid through Pickshunter. If you are asked to pay by bank transfer, wallet, cash or another app, to leave the app, or to share a handover code early, do not do it and report it to us. We are not responsible for losses from off-platform dealings.

11. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, messages and other content you post. You give TradeHub LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example crop or resize) and share that content to operate and promote Pickshunter. You promise you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Do not post photos of people without their permission. We may remove content at any time.

12. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, withhold payouts that are connected to a breach, and report suspected crimes to the authorities.

13. Intellectual property

The Pickshunter name, logo, website, apps, software and design belong to TradeHub LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell them. Do not use our name or logo without written permission.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickshunter is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that a traveler will travel on a given date or at all, or that any item will be available, delivered on time, or cleared by customs. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not promises. We do not give legal, tax, customs or financial advice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) TradeHub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data; (b) TradeHub LLC is not liable for the acts or omissions of travelers, stores, couriers, customs authorities or other third parties; and (c) our total liability to you for any claim connected with Pickshunter is limited to the amount you paid through Pickshunter for the order that gave rise to the claim (or, for non-order claims, 100 US dollars). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

16. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold harmless TradeHub LLC, its owners, officers, employees and partners from claims, losses, fines, customs penalties and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law, your content, or items you carry, order or sell through Pickshunter.

17. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time after your open orders are completed. We may suspend or close accounts, remove content, cancel orders or limit features at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, safety, legal, or payment-partner reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 9, 11, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20) survive termination. If we close your account without cause, we will release or refund any money we hold for completed or cancelled orders as required by these terms.

18. Changes

We may update these terms and our other policies. We will post the new version with a new "last updated" date, and where the change is important we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using Pickshunter after the change takes effect you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using Pickshunter.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, but this does not remove mandatory consumer-protection rights that you have under the law of the country where you live. Before starting any court case, you agree to first contact us at pickandshipco@gmail.com and try in good faith to resolve the issue for 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the courts of Delaware, USA, except that where mandatory law lets a consumer bring a claim in their home courts, you may do so. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action, and must be started within one year after the claim arose.
